LOCALLY:
Chapter 17 meetings are held on the second Saturday of every month, at 9:00 am.
(see "About this Chapter" for map and details). At the present time we have people working on the Veterans Day Parade and other events. The Region 8/9 Regional Conference will be held in June 2013, at the Legacy Hotel in Reno Nevada.

Our Chapter proudly presents our Member of the year, 2013!
that was presented to her during the annual
“Open House”, Awards ceremony. The plaque read as follows:
"She’s more than a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Full Time Worker. She’s more than a Chapter and State Council Secretary, Membership Chairperson and Fund
Raising Coordinator. She’s a VIETNAM VETERAN and Chapter 17’s MEMBER OF THE YEAR! "
This was a real tear jerker for those who work with her and know her.

2013 FIREWORKS SALES FOR CHAPTER 17:
Once
again, Chapter 17 had a successful Fireworks sale. This has become an annual
event for us.
